November, 2009:  ATA Investment Corporation is chosen to lead structuring of credit for sensitive government project. The overall project worth over US$4.0 Million is already in the roll-out phase.  Under ATA´s advise, a trust was set up, which will serve as collateral for the loan.  The loan was structured using one single entitiy in Guatemala City.

October, 2009: ATA and CentralConsult, a Florida Corporation, have established an alliance in order to promote and execute development and business projects in Latin America.  CentralConsult is a consulting firm established in 1966 with a network of consultants throughout the Americas.

October, 2009: ATA was chosen to lead the structuring of a strategic alliance between Dixie Brewing Company of New Orleans, Louisiana, and a major brewery operation in Central America.  The final alliance should position Dixie Beer as a leading beer in the southeast US, as well as provide the alliance with an opportunity to expand their markets abroad, including the penetration of the market in southeast Asia.
